Is there a way I can share the main identity address book with the new email
accounts in outlook express?

I would suggest that you post this question in a newsgroup supporting
Outlook Express. This newsgroup is for a different program, the
database program Microsoft Access.

Scroll down the list of newsgroups and find one for OE.
