Address Label Printing

Is there a way to print multiple standard labels like Avery 2181 in my Office
XP Professional (2002)? 2181 has six lebels. The option is either I have same
information on all Labels ( I do not know why this option is there for
Address Label) or I have to select row at a time. Running same label six
times creates a back ground on the labels also it is wasted of time.

The option to have the same information on all labels is for those who have
such a need. I use it for return address labels or for labels for family
that I use frequently.

To print a sheet of labels with different information on each label you
should review Word 2002 Help Mail Merge. You use a database of the address
information and Word Mail Merge to print the labels. Word Help will provide
you with several options for the database such as Outlook 2002, Excel 2002
or a query in your Access 2002. You also review Help in the application you
choose to use for the database.
