When a message is sent to an external user due to being assigned a
task or a task update request, we would like the URL they see to be an
external address, as opposed to the what everyone else sees.
I see that the server configuration allows an extranet address to be
set. But changing it, changes it for everyone's email, even those
located internally.
I am not sure how the system would no who is who, other than, say, by
email address. Is there a way to differentiate between the two, and
then send a separate link to each?
Also, is there a way to edit the email template. We'd like to spruce
of the message a bit.
