Addressbook Problem

I need to copy my addressbook to another PC. I have back
up the addressbook both ways (export addressbook and also
have *.csv file backup)
If I now import the addressbook it start to import into
the contact list underneat the folders but after about 70%
of the import all the contacts disappear. However, all
the addresses appear and display correctly if I open the
addressbook from the shortcut menu in the toolbar. Any
suggestion?
