addressing in formulas

Hi, here is my casus:
in cell A1 i have the formula: IRR(A1:A730) in cell B1 i have a number
my target is the formula in A1 to refer from A1 to A[the number in cell B1].
How can i do that?

=IRR(OFFSET(A1,,,B1,1))
