Adjust Actuals including Administrative Tasks ?

I'm running Project Server 2003. Under Resources, I select Adjust Actuals, then select several of my team members. Under View Options, I check the box "Administrative Tasks" to make sure the Admin tasks are also displayed. I've Grouped by Resource Name then Project. The problem is that under each resource, all projects except the Admin Projects. Then as you scroll down, after all resources are listed, each resource is listed again, with the Admin projects under their name. So to update/review actuals for a resource, you have to look in 2 different places on the display. Is there a way to get ALL projects (including Admin Projects) listed together under each resource?
