Adjust Actuals Screen in PWA - can I restrict the projects shown

Hi,

Is there any way to stop completed projects from appearing when adjusting
actuals for a resource?
We have been using Project Server for 3 years now and as you can imagine our
resources have worked on a considerable number of projects in that time.
I know we can set the filter to show only projects with remaining work but
this would have to be done every time the PM wanted to Adjust Actuals.
I was hoping for a more permanent solution if possible?

It would help if you told us what version of Project Server you are using.
2003 or 2007? From you use of the term "Adjust Actuals", I will assume you
are using Project Server 2003. Refer to the following FAQ for a methodology
that will allow you to archive completed projects in your Project Server
2003 to "hide" them from view (including on the Adjust Actuals page):

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/ProjectServerFAQKnowledgeBase/ArchiveCompletedProjects.aspx

To use the above referenced methology, you will need the cooperation of all
of your project managers. But that is a small price to pay to hide all of
your organization's completed projects.
