Adjust Actuals (Task do not appear using % work complete for updat

There are no values showing up for me to adjust actuals even though I
published the project and approved the hours for my resources. we are using
% complete - can you not use adjust actuals to update % complete?

I believe that Adjust Actuals is only available if your organization uses
the Hours of work done per day or per week method of tracking. Sorry.
