adjust dates

I want to use a project again. I changed all the tasks to 0% complete. Act
Start then changes to NA. When I run the Adjust dates function I get a
message "One or more tasks have actuals". About 25 tasks out of 180 do not
adjust to the new Project Start Date. I can't see any actuals in the tasks
that wouldn't move - any idea whats going on?

It seems the summary tasks are what hold the 100% complete numbers. If I
select all tasks under a summary task and outdent them, then indent them
again, the summary task then goes to 0%. After a lot of outdenting and
indenting I think I'm o.k.
