Adjust global address list view

Mark Morrell

Hi everyone.
I just got done populating all the phones, addresses, titles etc in active
directory on all my users (win2k server, exchange 2000, outlook 2000).
When I bring up the address book in outlook, go to the global, I can only
see part of the info. I can double click and get almost all of it (don't see
the web page I added). But, just looking at the whole list, I only see the
name, phone, company, username and EX.

Is there a way to see all of the info in the list (and size it to see the
whole entry)? Seems kind of silly to be able to put in all that info only
to have part of it show up and some of that is truncated (accounts payable
shows as accounts payab)

Thank
Mark

The address book columns are not configurable. You can configure the view of
an individual GAL entry by modifying the address template on the Exchange
server.

Thank you. Still seems kinda silly to me...everything else is sizeable, but
I can't size the address book.
