adjusting size of drawing page

I need to create a rather large diagram of a network and I need it to fit on one page. I want to be able to extend the page to whatever height or width I need it to be but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it. I can't seem to make the default drawing space expand to my needs. Any ideas?

Hold down the control key and move your cursor over the edge of the page.
Click and stretch.
