Adjusting the flags in Outlook10

I have Win7 SP1 & Outlook10.

In the email inbox, new arrivals are flagged with a folder opening and
a little blue mark next to the name.

Any way to make this blue mark bigger, or to put a yellow hi-light
thru the name of the new arrival?

My lists are so long it's easy to miss them sometimes.

No but why not set up different folders in Outlook and move some of those mails from
the inbox so as it would be easier for you
