Admin Projects

We are using MS EPMS 2003. We have tested the Admin Project and determined that it is not working properly. Our results show the time recorded against the Admin Project is correct; however, the actual hours are not considered on other project assignments as to the resource(s) availability.

Can anyone enlighten me as to if the feature is working or not you?

Thanks

Kelly:

Actual hours never affect availability as they're, by definition, always
happening in the past. You don't know the actual hours worked until they've
been worked, correct? Assigned work will affect availability, but the 2003
admin projects were not designed to affect availability; rather to collect
unscheduled hours. If you want to show loading of resources on
Administrative work, then use a standard project to model this.
