Admin Projects

Why is it that Admin Projects allow you to assign work,
when that is not what they are designed to do. If you do
assign work the project acts funky. This functionality
should be removed to avoid problems.

I'm not at all sure what you mean by "acts funky." Given your reaction to
how the system works, I would recommend you not assign work to
administrative tasks.
