I am looking for a clean path to deleting the "Administrative Time" template
that ships with the product. Please note that the file does not appear in the
"Clean up the project server database" section of Web Access. Thoughts?

Why don't you use this tool from microsoft to clean up project server. This
will allow you to delete the template.

Did you upgraded from 2002 to 2003 if you did and you don't this template.

My install is a clean 2003 with SP1. No upgrade from 2002.
