Stuart Mackie,
We have the Action Pack as well, and did not try to admin install since it
was not the Enterprise edition. That is your error. An admin install requires
the Enterprise, or volume license edition as Milly posted. Could be wrong
here, but have you tried emailing support on this? We usually get an answer
within 24 hrs.

Hi Milly. Yes its retail, we have an Action Pack subscription. When I run
setup.exe /a I get past entering Organisation and the CD-Key, then it
complains the Enterprise edition is required ?

Thanks,

Hi Chris. I thought that would be the case. I might just check with
support as to what should be possible with Action Pack subscriptions becuase
rolling out office to workstations regularly without being able to use an
automated custom install is a bit of a nuisance.

Did you contact a support department specifc to Action Pack, or just general
support ? (which email address did you use)
