Administrative project tasks

When resources have been assigned (& self assigned) to
tasks on the adminisrative project, mutiple copies of the
same administrative task appear on the resources'
timesheet. The seems to be no obvious way to clean - up
the timesheet to show a single entry to this task.

any ideas??
