Administrative Project

I am attempting to create an administrative project to
track nonworking and nonproject time in, but whenever I
try to save said project, I get a message stating that I
do not have to correct permissions to save an admin
project.

I am the Project Server Admin, I have checked and
rechecked my permissions and they are all allowed.

Any thoughts on why this is occuring?

Did you check the server permission setting?

PWA/admin/Manage Server Settings ?

The "Admin" functionality is used for MS Project Server administration.
Generally speaking, Admin functionality is not given to PMs but is
restricted to a small group of people in the PMO and/or corporate IT
support.

You will need to speak to the Project admin to discuss your permission
levels.
