We are using an administrative project in 2003 to track time for
'administrative' type tasks like general meetings, training, etc.
In setting up the project, we allocated each person to the task (fixed
units) at 10%. The reason we choose to do this instead of allocating
people at 0% was to schedule & allocate 10% of their time for each day
in the future.
The problem we are having is that when each user first enters an
actual work amount to that task and it is updated into the project
plan, all the scheduled work values in the future are automatically
entered as 'actual work' as well.
Is this expected functionality of administrative projects, or is this
a bug?
