Administrative Task in timesheet using PSI

How can I insert the Administrative task in timesheet using PSI? (Project
Server 2007)

What setting does your installation have for when timesheets are created? If
blank, then I don't think PSI can do this as it doesn't make sense
logically. Normally the setting is to pre-populate with current tasks which
will also pre-populate with all admin tasks.
