Administrative Time Description is not shown in Resource Manager v

When a resource makes an Administrative Time request in PWA 2007, the
description is not shown in the view where the Resource Manager approves the
request. Also, if the resource fills in numbers in the 'Planned' row instead
of the 'Committed' row, the Resource Manager's view shows '0h'.
Is anyone else having these problems?
