"Administrative version" needed? Help?

I've got Office XP, WinXP Home. I'm a single home user.
When I go to OfficeUpdate, it tells me I need two
critical updates: SP3 and KB833858. But both are greyed
out and not selectable, with the following message under
SP3:
----------
Office XP Service Pack 3 - English version
You need the administrative version of this update due to
previously installed administrative updates.
----------
All of the updates I've installed (SP1, SP2, etc) have
been through OfficeUpdate on this same computer. I don't
know what this message means, why I need
an "administrative update," and where I'd get it?

Thanks for any guidance!
