administrator account deleted

Hi
I had installed Project Server using a account named ProjectAdmin. This
account was a member of domain administrator.
However yesterday bymistake my I.T person has deleted ProjAdmin account.
I have recreated the account now.

Can any one tel me what all services will be hampered and what measure
should i take now.
