PWA administrator account grayed after full farm restore on new do

I performed a full farm restore on a test server. I am unable to get to the
PWA site because it is still associated with the production administrator
account. When I go to the SharedService1 administration page and try to
change the PWA Administrator Account the field is disabled. Is there another
way to change this account or a better way to restore PWA to a different
domain?
