Administrator login issues

I am running Win2003 SP1 and have installed SQL Svr w/ SP3. After a couple
of installs of WSS and Project Server, I decided to remove both WSS and MSPS
from the box. In addition I removed IIS. I thouhgt this would allow me to
start clean. After istalling IIS/WSS and MSPS, I get a good login screen but
the Administrator PW does not work (error 5006) I tried a suggestion from a
post (delete the password from the msp_web_resources table) to no avail. I am
out of ideas!!!

Start really clean by an OS install including a re-format.

It's the only way to be completely sure everything is removed.

Thanks. I hought that may be the answer and I have done that a number of
times. Do you know of any inexpensive "Ghosting" S/W?
