Administrator Program Too Old

I've been trying to do the same thing as many and have followed
several posts about installing FP2002 Server Extensions.

I'll try to be brief. I have:

Windows 2000 Professional Service pack 4.
FrontPage 2002
IIS Version 5.0
I have downloaded and installed the FP2002 Server Extensions
When I start the
Microsoft Sharepoint Administrator

I receive the web page stating:

"You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permission to view this page using your current user
account.
Please try the following:


If you have another user account with a higher level of permission,
click
your browser's Back button to try again using that account.
If you believe you should be able to view this page, contact the Web
site administrator."

I am logged onto the machine as Administrator and I'm the web site
administrator who can't resolve this problem........
