Not really an Access question but..... We have a web page that reads from an
Access database. Whenever the connection string is opened, we get a window
saying 'ADO security warning - data provider may be unsafe'. Does anyone know
how to eliminate this warning, other than changing the browser settings? Our
Net Admin people wont let us change the settings to accept unsafe providers.
All we are doing is reading from an Access DB on another box (i.e. not on the
server that the web pages are on). We do not have a userid and password on
the connection string, do we need one. If we include that it will be visible
by any user that does View--Source on the web page.
