ADO Security Warning

I am very new at InfoPath, I am currently using 2003. I am getting the
following error on my published form to a Sharepoint site. This webiste is
using your identity to access a data source. If you trust this website,
click OK to continue, otherwise click cancel. What do I need to stop this
popup every time I open my form.
