How do you detach a form within a word document that is a
pdf document. For example, I have a form within a
procedure that I want to detach and save on another
drive. Thanks.

If you have the Acrobat (not only the viewer), copy the file, insert in
Word, using Edit/Paste special.
You may then even edit the pdf .
