Adobe Acrobat

I have installed the publish in PDF and it still doesn't create the bookmarks
& tags like it did in previous versions, How do I get it to this?

Which version of Acrobat and which version of whatever program (I assume
Word).

Microsoft 0ffice 2007 and adobe acrobat 8

Adobe still has not released the patch that will make Acrobat compatible
with Office 2007 or Vista. (I just checked two days ago.)
