ADP - DTS in runtime environment

Environment:
SQL Server 2000
Access 2000 ADP in runtime.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to run DTS packages from ADP's in
a runtime environment.

In devleopment we currently have a an adp which has references to the
SQLDMO and DTS Object librarys. (the devleopment machines have full
access and sql client tools).
However the users machines only have the access runtime engine
installed.

I have included in an installation packgage with the required dll's
but these do not appear to register firslty(and there appears to be
dependent dlls for sqldmo and dts).

Has anyone done this? Did you have dll issues?
