ADS- Sync: Wrong user name password

Hi

We have Project Server 2007 installed on windows 2003SP2. Now we have
clients having Project professional 2007 installed on their desktops.
We are trying to synchronize Active Directory Services so all users in
house can use Project Server 2007 through PWA. While doing this I can
see all the resources of our group from ADS are visible in the
Resource Center. But when we try to connect to PWA from client to
server, it fails and says wrong user name password eventhough all
login credentials are right.

Can any one help?

Firstly, the resource needs to have the "Resource can logon to Project
Server" checkbox enabled on their account. Secondly, they need to be added
to at least one security group in which they have the "log on" global
permission enabled.
