I am receiving many mails daily with the reports that I need to copy in a
excel.
I had already created a macro in excel, so that if i copy the entire report
and paste that in the excel and then if i run the macro, i will get the all
the values of reports that i wanted in the particular format.
The mails that i receive is also in a same format from the same sender and
same subject line. The only difference is the job number is different for
different mails.
I want to know whether it is possible that as soon as I receive the job
mails in my inbox, can the outlook open the my excel macro and do my work to
get the reports that i wanted.
If outlook cant do this, is there any other application that can take the
reports from my inbox and open the excel macro and do my work.
