advanced filter? - automatic update

I have a spreadsheet that lists forthcoming booking requests wit
columns for supplier, date of travel, route, etc

I want to create additional worksheets that filter this information
For example, i want one spreadsheet that will show only the results fo
one particular supplier.

I had tried the "Advanced Filter" function and copied the results to
new worksheeet but i can only get this to work as a one off. Th
original data will continually be added to so the new worksheet need
to be able to update when new info is added.

I had originally tried VLOOKUP but if i am right that only returns
single cell and i want the whole row to be returned.

any suggestions :confused

Hi!

Depends on what you want to do with the other sheets when you hav
created them.

If you simply want to look at them, maybe print and that sort of thing
you might try setting up the filtered view as a Custom View.
Access to the views could be automated to avoid going through the men
each time.
