Advanced Filters in Views

I am trying to use a filter in a folder that uses:

1- Received
2- on or before
3- 60 days ago

Works, but doesn't "stay relative". i.e. changes 60 days
ago from date filter created. I have to go in everyday
and remove and add again. Used to work in Outlook 2000...
has something changed?
