Advanced Find error

I have a usewr using W2K SP4 with Outlook 2000 (latest patches and fixes.) When he tries to do an Advanced Find, he gets a message indicating Outlook.exe has generated an error. I have tried repairing, uninstalling / reinstalling, and run all from CD. However , he still ges the same problem

Any ideas would be helpful
