There are too many Find Public Folders

Hi,

We have a common mbx that is accessed by 4 people, we are unable to use Advanced Search option in outlook.

We get the following error "There are too many Find Public Folders dialogs open. You must close them in order to use the Advanced Find. Do you want to close them now. When clicked on Yes, i get another error which is "outlook cannot perform your search. Outlook cannot display this view. The folder already exists.

Kindly assist.
