Advancing slide automatically

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Can someone please tell me how to format slides with animation/effects so that the slides advance automatically. After establishing my animation/effects, I set for "after previous" and they operate seemingly correct within the individual slide (picture to text animations), however, to advance to the next slide I'm required to click again.

You need to establish Slide Timings & set the Slide Show to run
"Automatically" using those timings rather 'On Click". To get you started
with one approach see PPT Help on the topic: Rehearse and set slide timings.
