advantages & disadvantages for using MicroSoft Office

hi
i need to know what are the main advantages and disadvantages for using
Microsoft Office rather than other software available market such as Corel,
Sage and Lotus SamrtSuite. I have to compare Microsoft Office with these
particular softwares and i also need to know why Microsoft Office is better
then these certain software avaialble in the market. I need to justify why
Microsot Office is the best to use in particular MicroSoft Access.

1.) Determine your business needs.
2.) If your business has need of an suite of "office" applications (e.g.
word processing, spread-sheet, presentation) , then:
3.) Create a matrix with a list your business needs in column #1.
4.) Make columns in the matrix for the various permutations of MS Office
5.) Make columns in the matrix for other office software packages you are
considering.
6.) The software package that most closely matches your business needs is
the package you should purchase.
