Yes, and you have to contact each site for their requirements and banners, etc.

Yes, you will either need a pre-written application specifically for affiliate type sales or check
out version shopping cart application that might also have that function or you will need to learn
to write your own in whatever scripting language is supported by your web host.

You can get a little smarter real quick by going to

Its not an explicitly detailed explanation as I was responding to a person
