After 2 weeks the emails in my inbox go missing. Outlook 2007

After about 2 weeks my emails in my inbox go missing. Note sure if they are
deleted or filed somewhere or archived. I have turned off all archiving and
auto-archiving. But I want them back.

But did you check your archives if the missing messages are there?

I gues that might depend on what view you have set.
Turning off archiving does nothing helpfull since archived mail is available
to view if you so wish
