After downloading MS updates Outlook will not open.

Problem Description: After downloading the updates on April 28 and 29 I tried
to open

MS Outlook on the 29th. but it will not start. A "CMD" or "RUN" dialog box
appears

briefly, about 1/2 second, but Outlook will not start. The other MS Office

applications that I opened, (Word, Excel, Publisher), at first a dialog box
called

"BCM" opened and displayed "Office application version does not match", then
the

application opens and seems to run. How do I get Outlook to run?
Thank you,
Jiro Ramji
Operating System: WindowsXP SP3

The updates I downloaded and installed.........
Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB967642)
The 2007 Microsoft® Office Suite Service Pack 2 (SP2)
Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Junk Email Filter (KB968503)
Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB967642)
Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 Service Pack 2 (KB957324)
Update for Windows XP (KB961503)

Are you using BCM? (Business Contact manager) If not, uninstall it and
reboot. Next, does outlook start if you start it in safe mode? (start
menu, run, type outlook.exe /safe)

This: "Office application version does not match", happens with BCM
and Outlook on your machine have different versions. They should both
be on SP2.
