After entering formula how do you make the number roundup

eg. =C3+D5-J5

then I want the answer which will be a changing number to round up to two
decimal places from the four that will result

4.5671 to 4.58

right click on the cell where you have the formula, click Forma
Cells..., then on Number tab click Number from Category list, on righ
side change Decimal places to 2 and press Ok.

Or just revise the formula to:

=Round(C3+D5-J5,2)
