After hitting Send-New a Follow up MsgBox

Hi,

I was wondering if after I hit the send button to send an
email, I would like a message box to appear to ask if I
want to set a reminder that I need to follow up on this
message.
If I click yes, then it will show up in my tasks
If I click no, then the message sends normally.
