after publishing the new form, on a network shared drive, I even saved it to
my desktop and dragged it into a email so a co-worker could review the form
and everyone get the following error :

InfoPath cannot open the following file: Form2.xnl.
the following form template for the form cannot be found here is the path
to the shared network file, that is correct)
