After instaaling Winsows XP Ser Pak 2, Outlook 2000 will only emp.

After installing Windows XP Service Pak 2, my outlook 2000 will only empty
the "Deleted Items" once every boot.

If I exit outlook once, restart outlook without re-booting, outlook will not
empty again upon exiting till I re-boot again.
