After installed office 2003, outlook became the default mail?

For first I want to say: when you install Outlook 2003 and start it after,
he check OutlookExpress and see there is a mail-account. He use all settings
and transfer all Mails and kontacts if you want.

And now to you problem: Can you start OutlookExpress manually by clicking on
the quicklaunch-bar ???

But forget OutlookExpress and try what I say :D

I just installed office 2003. I use Outlook express for my mail and want to
keep outlook express so I haven't set up Outlook yet. When surfing the
web, if I click on the email link on the web site , it tries to bring up
Outlook instead of Outlook express.
'Choose Profile' dialog box pops up and there is only one option, which is
outlook. If I try to set up outlook at this point, it gives me ".dll" error
saying it's damaged or couln't find it.
How do I fix this? and is it possible to use both on the same machine?
Thank you.

In Internet Explorer, choose Tools, Internet Options and click the PRograms
tab. Change the default mail client there to Outlook Express.
