After Installing SP1 for Office my email rules stopped executing .

After Installing SP1 for Office 2003 the email rules that i have setup no
longer execute when the mail arrives in my in box. I have (Client side)
rules. Previously the mail came in and the rule moved it accordingly. Now I
have to hit the Send/Rec button to cause the rules to execute or send and
email. Is there some new setting that needs to be changed?
