After my last Office Update, none of my office documents are acces

I cannot access any saved documents or open documents attached to my e-mail.
When I close out Outlook or Office, I get a message saying that the Normal
File aready exsits, would I like to replace it. The Normal File is shown to
be in the Templates Folder in Windows. i am running Windows and Office XP.

Thanks Joseph, I have done both with no success.

The Normal.dot file is a system file that is loaded when Word is loaded.
It sounds like it is missing or corrupted or something is out of sequence.
You can try answering yes to that question and see what happens, I would
also try rebooting. Good Luck
