A customer of mine uploaded a site created in FP2003 to my server (yes, FP
extensions are installed). When viewed with IE, the themed buttons do not
appear, they just show up as underlined hyperlinks.
I looked at the files and when previewed with a browser inside of FP the
buttons appear. I created a test site from an unmodified FP template and
uploaded it to the same server and all of the themed elements do show, so I
am pretty sure it is not the server.
Any ideas?
